Collaborate with application owners and IT teams to deliver reliable identity services. The role requires a four-year degree and 1–3 years in IT support related to IAM, with remote-friendly work options.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of related IT experience supporting information systems, identity management, or enterprise applications.
• Experience with Okta or other enterprise IAM platforms is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and administer MSU's Okta environment: users, groups, applications, MFA, SSO, policies.
• Support provisioning and identity lifecycle processes across applications.
• Troubleshoot authentication and access issues and monitor incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and standards.
