Job summary

Lilyfield is seeking a Regional Director in Oklahoma City to provide leadership for all programming and to oversee staff and partnerships. The role requires directing budget planning, ensuring grant and contract compliance, and coordinating with leadership to meet strategic goals.

Candidates should have a master’s degree in a relevant field with substantial supervisory experience and the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Masters or M.S.W. with relevant experience (2+ years for master’s, 5+ for bachelor’s).
• Experience leading nonprofit programs and staff across multiple sites.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure grant/contract compliance.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all Lilyfield programming in Oklahoma City.
• Oversee staff, train and develop Oklahoma City team.
• Lead and participate in the Lilyfield leadership team and budget planning.
• Ensure compliance with COA regulations and agency policy.
• Coordinate partnerships and community outreach activities.
