Stage 3 Separation, LLC is seeking an HSE Field Leader to oversee multiple job sites in the region. You will conduct on-site inspections, mentor Field Leaders, and support HSE initiatives while traveling to rigs and sites on a 14/14 schedule.

Lead safety culture, address hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and train field personnel. Requires 3+ years safety experience in oilfield/industrial settings and OSHA 30 certification.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and their application.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws.
• Knowledge of Environmental regulations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong time management, meeting deadlines.
• Ability to perform HSE audits and inspections.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and information.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Mitti or similar HSE Management System.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct onsite jobsite inspections to identify hazards and non-compliance.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions.
• Oversee onsite HSE activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Promote safety culture through leadership and support of field teams.
• Assist with Heavy Equipment training for field and shop personnel.
• Maintain relationships with customers and their HSE reps.
• Travel to various rigs and job sites as required.
• Communicate safety hazards and regulatory concerns promptly.
• Identify trends and training needs to improve field safety.
• Support implementation of HSE initiatives and corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and training.
