Job summary

Stage 3 Separation, LLC seeks an experienced HSE Field Leader to oversee multiple Bakken Basin sites, conduct on-site inspections, mentor field personnel, and coordinate safety actions during rotational 17/11 schedules in Mandan, ND.

The role requires traveling to various rig sites, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations while building solid working relationships with field teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and their application.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws.
• Knowledge of Environmental regulations.
• Strong skills regarding personal and professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections to identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and areas of non-compliance.
• Conduct follow-up inspections and reviews to verify that corrective actions have been completed.
• Oversee, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day onsite Health, Safety, and Environmental activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture through active HSE Leadership and support of Field Leaders and onsite Field Technicians.
• Assist with Heavy Equipment training for field and shop personnel.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers and customers’ HSE representatives to ensure HSE requirements are understood and addressed.
• Exercise time management and sound judgment in response to safety concerns and operational issues.
• Communicate and respond to safety hazards, incidents, regulatory concerns, or other conditions that may affect personnel and operations.
• Promote continuous improvement of HSE practices by identifying trends, recurring issues, training needs, and opportunities to improve field safety performance.
• Support management and field leadership with the implementation of HSE initiatives, programs, and corrective actions across assigned operations.
• Utilize computer systems and Company software to read and respond to emails, complete required documentation in support of company requirements and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of inspections, observations, incidents, corrective actions, training, and other required HSE activities.
