Job summary

Stage 3 Separation, LLC seeks an experienced HSE Field Leader to oversee multiple field sites in the Bakken region. You will lead on-site inspections, mentor field staff, and drive safety improvements while coordinating with Area Managers and Field Leader groups.

This role requires frequent travel and strong leadership presence in high-hazard environments. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in oilfield safety, OSHA-30, and knowledge of Mitti or similar HSE systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections to identify hazards and non-compliance.
• Perform follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions.
• Oversee daily onsite HSE activities for compliance.
• Promote safety culture and support Field Leaders and technicians.
• Assist with Heavy Equipment safety training.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and HSE reps.
• Exercise sound judgment in safety and operational issues.
• Communicate hazards, incidents, and regulatory concerns.
• Identify trends and training needs for safety improvements.
• Support HSE initiatives and corrective actions across operations.
• Use company systems to document inspections and actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and trainings.
