Job summary

Stage 3 Separation, LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Field Leader to oversee multiple field sites in the Bakken Basin. You will mentor teams, identify improvements, and lead by example in safety culture while coordinating inspections and training across locations.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations, a willingness to travel up to 100%, and the ability to engage with field personnel and leadership to drive safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental principles.
• OSHA regulations and their application.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws.
• Knowledge of Environmental regulations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Time management and deadlines.
• Ability to perform HSE audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections to identify hazards and non-compliance.
• Oversee, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day onsite HSE activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture through HSE leadership.
• Assist with Heavy Equipment training for field and shop personnel.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, actions, training.
• Coordinate with customers and HSE representatives on requirements.
• Travel to various rigs and job sites during rotational hitch.
