Job summary

Stage 3 Separation, LLC is seeking an HSE Field Leader to oversee multiple rig and job-site locations in the Bakken region. You will conduct on-site inspections, mentor field teams, and drive continuous HSE improvement across operations.

The role requires up to 100% travel, strong knowledge of OSHA/Federal regulations, and the ability to coach staff on safety best practices. A bilingual candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and their application.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws.
• Knowledge of Environmental regulations.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with HSE management systems like Mitti.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite jobsite inspections to identify hazards and non‑compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day onsite Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture through HSE leadership.
• Assist with training programs and Heavy Equipment training for field personnel.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, corrective actions and training.
• Travel to various rig and job sites on a 14/14 rotation.
• Collaborate with customers and HSE reps to address hazards and regulatory concerns.
