Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Rig Up Hand to assist with rigging up and down equipment on location, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining field equipment. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and effective communication with the District Manager and customers.

Responsibilities include preparation of safety paperwork, equipment testing, and ensuring gear is ready for job sites. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and oilfield experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in oilfield work or related field preferred.
• Must be able to travel extensively and be on call 24/7.
• CDL Class A or B preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload trailers and stage gear for field jobs.
• Maintain, repair, and rebuild equipment in yard and field.
• Prepare safety paperwork (DVIR, JSA, loadout forms).
• Assist in safety meetings and maintain clear communication with management.
