Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver license; CDL is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in various weather and site conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel to remote well sites and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of plugging rigs.
• Safely handle and transport drilling tools and materials.
• Rig up and rig down equipment for plugging and abandonment tasks.
• Utilize rig equipment to perform plugging operations safely.
• Load and unload pipe and other items from the truck/trailer to the rig.
• Perform general maintenance of rig equipment and tools.
• Participate in pressure testing and well integrity checks.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings; follow company policies.
