Job summary

Paycom - ATS on United States-based operations seeks a rig crew member to rig up, operate pumps and circulate mud through the drill hole. The role includes moving pipes, assembling components, and maintaining the rig at the well site.

You will follow safety protocols, participate in required training, and work as part of a crew to ensure efficient, safe drilling operations. A background in mechanical tasks and teamwork is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience leading crews preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Comfort with wearing safety gear and following protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate rig components and pumps to circulate mud.
• Move and assemble drill pipes and other components.
• Set up and move the rig at new locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Adhere to safety training and site procedures.
