Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Midland, TX is seeking a field operator/driver. The role operates company vehicles across varied conditions, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, loading and securing trailers, and safely transporting materials.

You will rig and de-rig Thomas equipment on customer sites and troubleshoot basic fuel, start, and electrical issues to keep loads moving. The candidate must have a valid Class C license, an acceptable MVR, and be able to work a 14/7 rotation including nights and

Qualifications

Oilfield experience is required.
Forklift operator experience.
Bilingual Spanish/English.
Valid Class C Driver License.
Acceptable MVR per insurance guidelines.
Ability to work 14 days on / 7 days off, including OT, weekends, nights and holidays.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

Operates company vehicles in varying conditions.
Performs pre- and post-trip inspections.
Loads and secures trailers per weight limits.
Rigs up and rigs down Thomas equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoots fuel, start, and electrical issues to keep equipment running.
Completes service tickets daily and communicates with customers and team members.
