Killam Co. is seeking a Workover Rig Floor Hand in Texas to support oil well operations on a double, single, and pole rig. You will assist in rigging up/down, handle tubing, rods, and related equipment, and operate the rod wrenches, tongs, and elevators.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of rig experience, and the ability to lift 50–70 lbs. Safety meetings and team collaboration are expected as part of daily duties.

• 1–2 years oil/gas workover or related rig experience.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must work in fast-paced environment and in teams.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Picks up/lays down pipe and latches tubing in elevators.
• Rigging up/down and handling equipment.
• Operate rod wrenches, tongs, elevators and related gear.
• Assist in pumping, daily maintenance, and rig operations.
• Attend and participate in safety meetings.
• Move and manage tools on the rig floor.
