Axis Energy Services in Casper, WY is seeking a Floor Hand to join a 4-5 person workover rig crew on well service operations. You’ll assist in rigging up and down, and in handling rods, tubing and casing as directed by the Rig Supervisor.

Essential duties include operating rig tools, lifting tubing, maintaining equipment, and reporting safety hazards. The job requires lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working long shifts in a field environment with 12-hour shifts on a 14/7 rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent.
• At least 1 year rig floor operation experience.
• Valid state driver license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours.

Responsabilités

• Assist in rigging up and rigging down the well service rig.
• Pull and lay down rods, tubing and casing.
• Operate rod wrenches, tongs and other rig tools.
• Maintain tubing, rods and hand tools on the rig.
• Report safety hazards to the Rig Supervisor.
• Work in diverse weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
