Job summary

Rider Hunt International is seeking an experienced Preservation and Maintenance Facility (PMF) Lead to join our client’s team in Houma, LA. The role focuses on preserving and maintaining offshore materials, with strong emphasis on HSSE, organizational leadership, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Ten years in a leadership role related to preservation and maintenance of oilfield materials.
• Five years managing people and a diverse workforce.
• Exceptional HSSE expertise and implementation experience.
• 5+ years with offshore platforms, drilling rigs, wellheads, or subsea materials.
• Experience coordinating with 3rd party service providers for facility upkeep.
• Proficiency with IT tools and desktop software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Preservation and Maintenance contract personnel training and development.
• Oversee HSSE safeguarding in conjunction with PMF Site Manager.
• Lead JSEAs for all maintenance activities.
• Manage all activities to maintain PMF facility, equipment, and stored items.
• Plan and schedule work-orders for regulatory compliance.
• Create and approve preservation maintenance plans for asset equipment.
• Manage third party personnel on site including HSE, supervision, and quality of work.
• Plan, schedule, and reconcile all work-orders.
• Assess equipment on arrival and communicate needs to maintain 'fit for use' condition.
• Coordinate rental of material handling equipment for PM activities.
• Identify scrap or obsolete items in coordination with item owners.
• Report service levels to customers via KPI program.
• Participate in annual planning and PMF team objectives.
• Lead innovation opportunities within preservation and maintenance.
