Job summary

Wood is recruiting for a Preservation Lead to join its Oil & Gas business focusing on the Operations Americas unit. The role will be based in the US with rotations to Israel, requiring authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

The position involves leading a preservation team, coordinating multi-discipline activities, and ensuring safety and compliance across all phases of the project. Strong English communication and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven background, typically 10 years minimum in offshore Oil & Gas completion and commissioning activities.
• Proven Supervisory experience in a preservation/maintenance role on projects.
• Proficient written and oral English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preservation team and oversee technicians’ duties.
• Prepare job cards for Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning preservation activities.
• Provide daily on-site leadership of a multi-discipline preservation commissioning team.
• Ensure safe execution in accordance with site procedures and PTW system.
• Maintain and audit Master Preservation Register and related records.
