Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is hiring a Convenience Store Assistant Manager for its Oilfield Outpost location. You will support daily operations, assist with checkout and cash control, cash handling, inventory, and merchandising while supervising and coaching team members.

Responsibilities include maintaining high customer service standards, aiding food production, and ensuring efficient store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.
• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Desire to help customers.
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state/local law.
• Any other certifications/licensures as required.

• Some weekend and holiday availability is required.

Job Title: Convenience Store Assistant Manager

Reports To: Convenience Store Manager

Shift: Variable

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join out team at our Oilfield Outpost location. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and assists the Store Manager with daily tasks such as checkout, controlling cash, merchandise layout, managing inventory, food production, bookkeeping, and maintenance. This position is responsible for processing customer purchases, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and supervising, training and coaching team members.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive and friendly
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
• Good oral and written communication
• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or by local municipality law
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and DMG Values
• Some weekend and holiday availability is required
