Job summary

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is seeking a friendly Convenience Store Assistant Manager for our Oilfield Outpost location in Texas.

You will support the Store Manager with daily tasks including checkout, cash control, inventory, food production, bookkeeping and maintenance, while ensuring smooth operations. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, coaching and training team members, and ensuring compliance with liquor licensure requirements and company values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive and friendly.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Desire to help customers.
• Ability to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or local law.
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required.

• Some weekend and holiday availability is required.

Reports To: Convenience Store Manager

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join out team at our Oilfield Outpost location. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and assists the Store Manager with daily tasks such as checkout, controlling cash, merchandise layout, managing inventory, food production, bookkeeping, and maintenance. This position is responsible for processing customer purchases, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and supervising, training and coaching team members.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
