Milestone Environmental Services LLC in Jal, NM, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, disposal and maintenance of an E&P waste disposal facility. You will ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, safety and operating standards while delivering excellent service to the customer community.

You will lead staffing decisions, coordinate crews, manage maintenance schedules, and monitor budget and P&L.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent; ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Five+ years of operations and supervisory experience with heavy equipment.
• Experience with shift scheduling, safety, environmental and facilities management.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to coordinate resources.
• Ability to diagnose process problems and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develops projects, deadlines and work to be done at facility.
• Models safe work practices and leads safety goals.
• Coordinates with HR on recruitment and staffing decisions.
• Manages facility P&L including budgeting and salary planning.
• Communicates with Sales and Customer Service to resolve concerns.
