Qualifications

• Knowledge of pipeline construction processes.
• Understanding of cost and scheduling control.
• Knowledge of oil & gas production operations.
• Experience with regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Line Locating Equipment
• Strong knowledge of gauges, dials, or indicators.
• Environmental and safety requirements and practices.
• Oil and gas production equipment and flow knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate facilities technicians to maintain schedule integrity.
• Execute routine maintenance on regulators, valves, piping, and filters.
• Supervise quality control of facility activities.
• Monitor, report, and control materials and costs per estimates.
• Conduct tailgate safety and pre-project start-up meetings.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints and manuals.
• Ensure safe installation and repair of pipelines and infrastructure; perform testing.
• Notify stakeholders before design changes; maintain project communications.
• Develop Bills of Materials with technicians; provide SOP training.
