Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent practical experience with oil field equipment related to rental, fishing and service work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Practical computer skills and basic inventory management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and respond to customer and vendor calls related to new, ongoing, or closed jobs.
• Assist in development of equipment lists and scheduling for shipment or receipt.
• Coordinate with field service personnel on job status, equipment, and support.
• Update inventory management software with item status and movements.
• Complete a Load-out Sheet or Delivery Ticket detailing all needs.
• Code charges for repairs, damaged, or lost equipment to proper job tickets for invoicing.
• Notify Sales representatives of job status as requested.
• Assist in job/equipment service verification, staging, and shipping.
• Follow PPE requirements, maintain a neat workspace, and adhere to company policies.
