Job summary

Method Flow, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is seeking an Automation Installer to set up devices on oil field equipment and support project execution with the internal teams. You will install pressure transmitters, gauges, meters, PLC cabinets, and related hardware, ensuring safety and quality in field operations.

The role requires 1–4 years in automation, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. Work is on-site in Colorado Springs with safety-focused, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be 18 years of age to drive a company truck.
• 1–4 years of experience in the automation field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with different hand/power tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, required.

Responsibilities

• Install automation devices on oil field equipment (pressure transmitters, level gauges, pneumatic valve controllers, meters, ESD buttons, relays, batteries and charging systems, junction boxes, RTUs and PLC cabinets).
• Meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.
• Safely drive to customer locations and perform the required work.
• Ensure accuracy of service tickets and timely submission.
• Understand basic process flow conditions and the path of least resistance.
• Follow safety and conduct policies of partner companies and on-call obligations.
