Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking an Oil Service Technician I to install and maintain our equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and quality standards. You will perform installations, service, and training, with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts Sunday through Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Overtime, field travel, and a quarterly bonus up to $5,200 are included. Depot location in Hazelwood, MO, and nationwide growth offer opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Install, service, and maintain equipment in customer locations.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, and HACCP requirements.
• Assist with customer training and troubleshooting to ensure product performance.

Oil Service Technician I

The Service Technician plays a critical role in the success of Restaurant Technologies. Our Service Technicians are responsible for the installation and servicing of our advanced equipment in locations throughout the food service industry. As a Service Technician with Restaurant Technologies, you’ll install our core products for new customers and assist with customer training through troubleshooting and servicing. For existing customers, you will be responsible for service, repair, and routine maintenance.

Compensation

The pay for this position is $28.00 per hour. Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs

Available Shift(s)

The schedule for this position is Sunday through Wednesday. You will work four 10-hour shifts each week, from 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Primary Job Accountabilities

• Responsible for installing and maintaining our products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet and control operational goals and timelines- service labor per hour, first time right, 5S standards, etc.
• Comply with internal processes and procedures as well as all local and federally regulated requirements including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP.
• Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company service vehicles and proper paperwork standards.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets customers’ expectations.
• Efficiently and professionally service customers’ needs, training and coaching them on the system as needed.
• Utilize iPhone apps to perform multiple functions in role (parts, customer notes, clocking in/out)
• The position may include night installation work; the schedule will vary based on customer demand &
