AgCertain seeks a Coordinator, Manufacturing Operations to work with the Director to ensure the safe and efficient production of specialty edible oil and glycerin. You will assist with production coordination, troubleshoot operations, and adhere to strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include applying engineering principles to improve efficiency, helping with training, and maintaining documentation. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Ag Systems Technology or a related field.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related technical skills.
• Experience in a food processing facility or food service preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work various shifts and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production with the Director to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot process issues and support continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor production metrics and maintain GMP compliance.
• Assist with SOPs, MOCs, and engineering documents.
• Support quality assurance and safety programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and training for team members.
