Job summary

Ndenergyservices is seeking a Workover Rig Floorhand to perform a range of essential tasks on the rig floor, including maintenance, pipe handling, and equipment upkeep.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. A valid driver’s license and CDL are preferred, with a 14 day on/7 day off rotation and opportunities for safety training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous workover experience required.
• Valid Driver's License; Class A or B CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with a 3- to 5-person crew performing maintenance and repairs on oil & gas wells.
• Operates the mud pump, pipe wranglers, mixes fluids and performs equipment upkeep.
• Picks up and lays down pipe and latches tubing in elevators.
• Assists in loading and off-loading pipe and other items.
• Manages tools on the workover rig floor and assists in daily maintenance.
• Assists with rigging up and rigging down the workover rig.
• Works in the shop or assists in NDES Yard maintenance when necessary.
• Assists in repairs and preparing workover rig for deployment when necessary.
• Attends and participates in daily and monthly safety meetings.
• Understands and complies with company, customer, and health/safety policies.
