Whitley Penn seeks a Controller to lead outsourced accounting for Oil & Gas Upstream clients. Responsibilities include developing tools and processes, supervising associates, and driving value-added services with a focus on client service and risk management.

The role requires 7-10+ years in Oil & Gas accounting, CPA/CA preferable, and strong supervisory skills. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office 3 days a week is offered.

Formación

• 7-10+ years of Oil & Gas accounting experience (Upstream/E&P).
• Public accounting or professional services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop tools and processes for Oil & Gas Upstream accounting client engagements.
• Serve as liaison between partner, client and staff; manage multiple engagements.
