Job summary

Sensia is seeking a Sales Professional to join its team in Findlay Township, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will develop new sales, establish relationships with customers, and work towards business growth by selling Sensia’s Solutions and Product Lines.

Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience or be recent graduates. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and general experience in the Oil and Gas industry are preferred. Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

• 1-3 years’ experience or recent Graduate for Sensia Sales Representative Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales and contribute to business growth.
• Establish and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure appropriate client call coverage and manage customer problems.
• Maintain CRM for accounts and capture market activity.
• Work with management to develop sales goals and plans.
• Meet and exceed sales quota through negotiation.
• Collaborate with Sales Team on key opportunities.
• Generate new account relationships in new markets.
