Job summary

You will break down complex requirements and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations to craft competitive technical proposals.

You will maintain a reusable proposal content library, ensure compliance with client requirements and brand guidelines, and manage document versions through bid kick-off meetings and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience, with oil and gas, energy, or industrial services exposure.
• Ability to dissect RFPs, RFIs, and bid documents to extract criteria and specifications.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bids under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Dissect incoming RFPs, RFIs, and bid documents to extract evaluation criteria and technical requirements.
• Write tailored proposals to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Engineering and Operations to support new opportunities.
• Maintain and update a reusable proposal content library for swift, accurate responses.
• Ensure proposals comply with client requirements, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
• Track progress, participate in bid kick-off meetings, and manage document versions.
