Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in project controls, cost controls, field controls, construction management, project accounting, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting large-scale capital projects or programs within oil and gas, pipeline, terminal, utility, energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
Strong understanding of project cost management, forecasting, accruals, commitments, earned value management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of contract administration, invoice validation, payment certification, and change management processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
