Job summary

BOP Acquisition is seeking an experienced Land Agent to coordinate land-related activities for lease acquisitions in Southwestern PA. This on-site role requires strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.

You will negotiate oil and gas leases with mineral owners, liaise with title staff, prepare and negotiate contracts, and support leasehold operations with thorough title research and clear document presentation.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate oil/gas leases and mineral purchases with landowners.

• Prepare leasing contracts and facilitate leasing efforts.

Position Overview:

The Land Agent will coordinate and conduct land-related activities necessary toidentify and acquire leaseholdin target areas. This role also involves collaborating with title staff and other departments to ensure smooth leasehold operations.
