WaterBridge Management Company is seeking a Land Analyst to process leases, contracts, drafts, and assignments, including file setup and data input. You will provide contract analyst support, review check requests, and assist in preparing various land documents for transmission to industry partners.

The role requires 2+ years in oil and gas land contracts, a Bachelor's degree (Energy-related preferred), and strong Excel/Office skills. On-site roles in Midland and Houston, TX are available.

Formación

• 2+ years of oil & gas land contracts experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; energy-related fields preferred.
• E&P operator or landowner experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Process new leases, contracts, drafts, and assignments; file setup and data entry.
• Provide contract analyst support and review check requests.
• Prepare various land documents and communicate with industry partners.
• Review SUAs and update line lists for easements and assets.
• Track payments and deadlines; coordinate with accounting for revenue.
• Research public records and TRRC/DrillingInfo for property status.
