Job summary

WaterBridge is seeking a Land Analyst to process leases, contracts, drafts, and assignments, including filing and input tasks. The role supports contract analysts, reviews requests, and helps prepare essential documents for transmission to industry partners.

The candidate should have 2+ years in oil and gas land contracts, a Bachelor's degree (oil/gas/energy preferred), and strong Excel/Office skills with an eye for detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Oil & Gas or Energy-related fields preferred.
• 2+ years in oil and gas land contracts or related experience.
• E&P Operator or landowner experience a plus.
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process leases, contracts, drafts, and assignments; file setup and data entry.
• Support contract analysts; review check requests and assist in preparing documents.
• Prepare and transmit land documents to industry partners; manage SharePoint files.
• Update land-related line items and track payments and deadlines; coordinate with Accounting.
