Job summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive usage, adoption and satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts, serving as a trusted technical advisor and coordinating with customers to realize the value of Amplified's monitoring and remote well control solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 1-3+ years of petroleum engineering experience with field exposure (production foreman, production engineer, etc.).
- Strong ability to communicate value of Amplified's solutions to production and operations teams.
- Familiarity with onshore wellsite equipment, including artificial lift systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive usage, adoption and satisfaction of Amplified's IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions across a portfolio of onshore oil and gas accounts.
- Leverage technical expertise to help customers optimize wells and realize full value from monitoring and remote well control solutions.
- Serve as the trusted advisor and technical point of contact for customers.
