Amplified Industries is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive usage, adoption, and satisfaction of our IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions across a portfolio of onshore oil and gas accounts.

You will leverage your technical background to help customers optimize wells, ensuring they realize full value from Amplified's monitoring and remote well control offerings, and serve as their trusted advisor and technical point of contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
• 1-3+ years of petroleum engineering experience with field roles such as production foreman or production engineer.
• Strong credibility and ability to communicate value of Amplified's solutions to production/operations teams.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers, including active well sites.
