Job summary

Amplified Industries is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive usage, adoption, and satisfaction of our IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions across a portfolio of onshore oil and gas accounts.

You will leverage your engineering background to help customers optimize wells and realize full value from Amplified's monitoring and remote well control technologies, while building strong, long-term relationships with operators and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
• 1–3+ years of petroleum engineering experience with field roles such as production foreman or production engineer.
• Ability to communicate value of Amplified's solutions to production/ops teams.
• Familiarity with onshore wellsite equipment and artificial lift systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive usage, adoption and satisfaction of Amplified's IoT sensor and AI monitoring across onshore oil/gas accounts.
• Leverage technical expertise to help customers optimize wells and realize full value of Amplified's solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary technical point of contact for customers.
