Job summary

Amplified Industries designs IoT sensors and AI-driven monitoring for onshore oil and gas infrastructure, helping operators reduce downtime and optimize production.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive usage, adoption, and satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts, acting as a trusted technical advisor and point of contact.

Requires a petroleum engineering background and willingness to travel to active well sites; familiarity with SCADA and remote well control is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of petroleum engineering experience with field roles.
• Ability to communicate the value of Amplified's solutions to production teams.
• Knowledge of onshore wellsite equipment and artificial lift systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive usage, adoption, and satisfaction of Amplified's IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring across a portfolio of onshore oil and gas accounts.
• Serve as trusted advisor and technical point of contact for customers.
