Job summary

Delta360 is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our Oil & Gas Services business. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, operations, accounting, and field personnel to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate invoicing, and proactive sales support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from job execution through invoice payment while supporting Delta360’s growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, billing, operations support, or oilfield service administration.
• Strong understanding of customer invoicing processes and accounts receivable workflows.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative liaison between Delta360 and customer Accounts Payable, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Billing departments.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s invoicing requirements, approval processes, billing portals, purchase order procedures, and payment workflows.
• Establish and maintain key customer contacts responsible for invoice approval, payment processing, vendor management, and dispute resolution.
• Create and maintain customer-specific invoicing process documentation and billing guides.
• Coordinate with customer billing departments to ensure accurate and timely invoice submission.
• Oversee daily billing activities for frac customers by reviewing and verifying that CSRs have accurately billed all services from the previous day.
