Job summary

DistributionNOW is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage with customers and vendors, driving orders and providing technical and logistical support. You will manage the full order cycle, from creation to delivery paperwork, while maintaining organized records and delivering exceptional service.

You should bring a high school diploma, familiarity with drilling/production concepts, and experience in inside sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Drilling and/or production knowledge preferred.
• MS Office skills (Excel and Word) and Syteline knowledge preferred.
• Experience in inside sales/customer service role a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant oil & gas products preferred.
• Positive, assertive attitude, outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Service drilling and/or production accounts.
• Support sales team in administrative tasks.
• Interact with customers and vendors to complete sales orders.
• Responsible for entire order process, from order creation to delivery paperwork, and maintaining records.
• Accurately create work orders and process invoices.
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
• Directly support business development to grow customer base.
• Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
