Oil & Gas Electrical Project / Construction Manager

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead execution on major oil and gas projects in West Texas.

Location: Abernathy, Texas

Pay: $62-65 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 60+ hours per week

Industry: Oil & Gas Construction

Employment: Long-term position — not a project hire

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• At least 8 years of electrical construction management experience
• Experience managing electrical construction projects valued at $20 million or more
• Oil and gas, industrial construction, or EPC project experience
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, clients, and multiple project teams
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work 60 or more hours per week as project requirements demand
• Ability to work on active industrial construction sites in West Texas
