Seneca Resources Company, LLC is seeking an EHS Representative to promote safe work practices and support hazard identification across operating areas in the United States. The role requires strong communication, training, and collaboration with contractors and operations teams.

The candidate will lead risk assessments, conduct audits, and participate in MOC reviews to ensure hazards and controls are addressed. A DOT‑covered function and comprehensive benefits are included.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant safety field (preferred)
• 5–8 years of EHS or related safety experience
• Oil and gas safety experience strongly preferred
• Strong hazard recognition and risk assessment skills
• Experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Ability to interpret EHS regulations and company standards
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Ability to collaborate across operations and contractors

Responsabilidades

• Promote and verify safe work practices among employees and contractors
• Provide guidance on EHS policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support hazard identification studies and safety reviews for projects
• Plan for high‑risk work (confined space, lifts, heights, energy isolation)
• Participate in MOC reviews to address hazards and controls
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for evolving risks
• Coordinate with environmental specialists on environmental matters
• Conduct EHS audits and document findings with corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Align contractor safety programs with Seneca requirements
• Develop and revise SOPs, safe work practices, and training materials
• Deliver EHS training and communications to employees and contractors
• Coordinate emergency drills and evaluate improvements
• Comply with EHSQ policies and participate in programs
