Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Contracts Administration Specialist to manage a broad portfolio of natural gas, crude oil and NGL agreements for U.S. utilities and partners. You will draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring alignment with policies and controls.

Collaborating with Commercial, Legal, Risk, and other teams, you will identify process improvements, maintain contract templates, and support regulatory and SOX compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of oil and gas contracting and contract administration experience.
• Strong drafting, interpretation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and facilitate execution of natural gas, crude oil and NGL agreements.
• Lead negotiation of standard and non-standard agreements for RNG and gas utilities.
• Interpret terms and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Risk, Tax and Accounting on terms.
• Support regulatory research and SOX controls, document management.
