Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years oil and gas experience.
• Ability to read P&IDs and translate into field plans and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test.
• Pre-employment background and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct construction crews, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budgets.
• Oversee all field construction activities at project sites and ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Enforce safety procedures; conduct tailgate meetings; train workers on safe methods.
• Maintain construction schedule and identify delays; seek efficiency gains.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Plan pre-project activities; prepare scopes of work; coordinate bids with Supply Chain.
• Supervise pipeline CTB construction, upgrades, and compressor station rebuilds.
• Prepare daily progress and cost reports; review invoices; report safety incidents.
