Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 4+ years in customer service, inside sales, and/or warehouse services with increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications.
• Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge to others; strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to be on-call for 24-hour service and to travel as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certification to operate forklifts, cranes and other heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch employees to achieve safety, service, and sales goals.
• Develop and manage the branch budget and monitor expenditures.
• Oversee warehouse, logistics, and inside/outside sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and SOX guidelines and company policies.
• Foster training and development, set clear expectations, and provide feedback.
• Engage customers and partners to grow current and new business.
