Select Water Solutions, Inc. seeks an Automation Engineer to provide oil and gas automation expertise and lead continuous improvement of chemical application operations.

The role collaborates with operations to design scalable automation solutions and maintain equipment end-to-end. You will program PLCs, develop HMI interfaces, validate field installations, and train staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent with automation focus.
Experience with oilfield automation systems is highly valued.
Expert understanding of industrial automation processes, including hardware & software aspects.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable automation solutions for chemical application operations.
Implement and maintain automated equipment and PLC/SCADA systems.
Troubleshoot existing automation assets and field installations.
Train automation and field personnel on operating equipment.
Document procedures and wiring diagrams; maintain data collection infrastructure.
