Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member in Ohio. Training is provided; no experience required. You’ll learn to change oil, replace wiper blades, fill tires with air, and perform light maintenance while working in a fast-paced shop.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay, incentives, and paid training. Many team members advance to Shop Manager roles with internal growth opportunities and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced shop.
• Willingness to learn and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Draining motor oil and changing oil filter.
• Washing windshield and adjusting tire pressure.
• Inspecting and topping off fluids.
• Performing coolant exchanges and restocking inventory.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and delivering customer service.
