Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members in Ohio. No experience is required; we will train you to change oil, replace wiper blades, fill tires, and perform light maintenance while you stay in your car. Join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs.

You’ll enjoy flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities to move up quickly—from lube tech to shop manager. Compensation ranges from $11.00 to $16.00 per hour, with base pay and potential commissions, plus benefits

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
