Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring an Oil Change Team Member. No experience is required, and we train you to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires with air, and perform light maintenance.

Join a growing team of full-time crew members and techs. We offer up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, paid training, and advancement opportunities from crew to management.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (16+ in certain states).

Responsabilités

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
