Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join a growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to help you learn oil changes, filter replacements, and light maintenance with a positive attitude.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, plus benefits and a fast-track path to leadership. Full-time schedules, paid time off, and health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Must be willing to learn and bring a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep the shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
