Take 5 Oil Change is looking for Oil Change Team Members to join our growing crew as full-time lube techs. No experience required—we train you to perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance while you stay in your vehicle.

We offer base pay up to $15/hr with commissions, paid training, and opportunities for advancement; many leaders start as lube techs. Full-time benefits and a fast-track growth path are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit under cars.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light maintenance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Change oil and oil filters.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment and provide customer service.
