Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required, and we provide paid training to learn how to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with base pay and commissions, plus benefits. We offer flexible schedules, paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, and opportunities to move up quickly through the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in hot/cold conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep the shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
