Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team as full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required—we train you to perform oil changes, filter changes, and light maintenance while you learn our efficient process.

You will help customers, stay safe in the shop, and advance along the Take 5 leadership path. Compensation is up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus benefits such as paid training, potential bonuses, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• No experience required; we provide paid training.
• Willing to learn and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock inventory and maintain a clean work area.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
